Can I administrate MySQL with shell access or with Mysqladmin ?

No, for the moment there is no remote access other than Phpmyadmin. Phpmyadmin is a very comfortable graphical interface to the MySQL engine.

For people who like to work on the Unix commandline we are currently working on how to implement a server where they can connect with SSH. We don't have any time schedule for this service yet. So it can take some time before it will be offered.

For the moment no user account has shell access for security reasons.
